Clearly he is looking to 'save a few dollars' also to purchase 'discounted lift tickets' in which case it is far more economical to head over to Mt Washington where it costs far less than $400.00!
Added bonus is avoidance of driving the dreaded deadly sea to sky hwy. No crowds or gouging on the Island either. No need to 'penny pinch'. Even gas is far less on Vancouver Island! A relaxed 1 hour sail out of horseshoe and a 1/2 hour drive on the straight and safe inland island hwy including meals and accommodations if so desired would still be 1/2 the price and hassle of doing Whistler. |
