Hello,
I like to think of possibilities the future might hold. I would like to live on Vacouver Island in the not too distant future. My question is, can anybody tell me where it is reasonably affordable to live? Like is there a place where I could get a small house w/ a small yard for $200,000 or under? And is there a place that is affordable and not too cold? I understand that BC along the coast is much warmer than most of Canada, but I have spent years in the American Southeast and have forgotten the winters of my youth in Upstate NY.
Canadians are cool with Americans living there as long as the Americans aren't looking to change things in Canada, right?
