I live in the US, and will be making a trip up to Anacortes with my little boat. I have been to the San Juan islands before on my boat and I just love it up there.
Not everyone on my boat will have a passport by the time I make my next trip, but I have been wanting to cruise by Discovery Island to see if I can take some good photographs of wild-life nearby. I dont plan to go ashore... and was curious if anyone knew how picky the border patrol\coast guard is about minor course diversions over the imaginary line in the water if only for an hour or two.
