Ok some opinions needed here, we are moving from the mainland to the island in the next year or so what I am wondering where north of Nanaimo would you suggest is the better place, we are looking in Parksville, Qualicum, Errington,Coombs, not Port Alberni maybe as far as Qualicum north, we are looking at buying between 2-5 acres, I know about bad cities i know about south Nanaimo, we have had numerous murders where we are now and we have a 10 year old daugher which is one of the reasons we want to move so opinions please no opinions needed that say don't move there or anything like that just want to know if anyone has some info.
