Well you got your visa then just go.Don't let anything discourage you.
Suggest rent an Apt first.Save more money.Look for job.
At the begening always hard but everything will be easy after.
Health care in Canada is great.Here at the US is a joke even if you are insured.BC is beautiful and very expensive Alberta too.
I have been to 48 US states ,east and west Canada.
I am considering moving to Alberta or BC.If i have an imigration visa
I will leave with my wife today before tomorrow.

Canada Considered the best place on earth to live in.
Crime,job loss,drunk driver etc.. happen every where.All you have to do just be careful everywhere.Good Luck
