| Hi there, I was hoping to get some insight on where a good place to live in BC is. My boyfriend and I are in our 20's and are sick of the Alberta scene. We are looking for a laid back, affordable place that has nice hot summers. We both like the outdoors, snowboarding, biking. Somewhere near a lake would be ideal! We don't want to live on the island or in Vancouver. We can't wait to get out of Alberta! We had snow last week, rain this week. We don't mind the snow but would like hot summer weather! So far we have heard good things about Kamloops, Nelson and Christina Lakes.Replies would be so greatly appreciated! We are sick of the northern albertan red neck oil patch attitude and would like to live in a place with friendly people! |
