Hello,

I am thinking about the options of moving to BC, Canada. Having had two long holidays travelling about BC with Canadian friends who now live in Vancouver – and a third trip planned later this year – I will say that every large metropolitan has is bad sides.

I tend to walk about as much as possible – alone – and never had any issues. Canadians on a whole are ultra polite and hospitable people.

Ron must be a person who objects to the high influx of immigrants, under the guise they are taking all their jobs, but we live in a very multi-cultural world, so either learn to live with that or move to another planet.

Vancouver is very expensive, but if you move outside the city it’s cheaper and more tranquil. I discovered that Canadians think nothing of driving hundreds of miles to get somewhere, as that’s to be expected and accepted as the norm.
