Subject:BC Marine Boat Operators Course

Hi,

Last summer I sailed my boat home from Asia. I had been away from Canada for about 15 years and sailing for the last 10, full-time for the last three years while sailing from Thailand.

Anyway, I don't have a boat operating license, which someone tells me that all boat operators in BC must have.

Do I really need this?
