Chemainus
River
Access to the Chemainus River is good off the Copper Canyon Main
logging road, which runs along the river for much of its course.
The Chemainus
River hosts a winter steelhead run from April to June as well as
coho salmon runs. Rainbow trout are present as well as a few summer
steelhead.

Additional Info: The Chemainus River provides excellent swimming
and recreational opportunities. Camping facilities are available
