Over 100 Alpine Trails and 10 Chairlifts will be opening on Thursday, November 26, 2015

Thanks to abundant snowfall over the past few days, Sun Peaks’ three mountains are in excellent condition with great coverage, and the resort is poised to open additional terrain and lifts over the next couple days.

Thursday, November 26, 2015 will see the Burfield chairlift opening for the winter season, delivering skiers and riders 882 vertical metres into the high alpine of Mt. Tod. Ten lifts will be turning and over 100 alpine trails will be open across 3 mountains, offering top-to-bottom skiing. As of Thursday morning, alpine lift tickets will be full price.

It is shaping up to be a stellar early season at Sun Peaks.
