Manning provides an extensive Nordic experience with 30 km of groomed trails for classic and Nordic skate skiing; with more than 160 km of backcountry trails and 2 warming huts. A treat for the competitive skier and novice alike. Manning Park is known for their powdery dry snow and friendly staff. Backcountry trails require no fees. There is a fee to use the groomed cross-country trails.
Snowshoeing:
There are designated showshoe trails in Manning Park. All trails are accessed from points between the Resort Village Area and the ski hill and there’s no charge to use the trails. Please check at the Nordic Centre for all the snowshoe trail information, rentals and special programs available.

Enjoy a day of tubing in the Polar Coaster tube park. Two runs are offered for the beginner and advanced. Lift service provided. It’s also night lit on specific holidays.

Mountain facilities include: licensed daylodge & cafeteria, child-minding, ski school, rental shop with a range of equipment (ski, snowboard, telemark, snowblades). The large outdoor night-lit skating rink is a complimentary service for all overnight Manning Park Resort guests. Skate and stick rentals available from the Nordic Centre.
