Babine Lake Marine (Smithers Landing) Provincial Park (2 hectares), located northeast of Smithers, is the most northerly of the provincial parks on Babine Lake.

Smithers Landing park is ideal for those wanting a slower pace. Campsites nestled along the lakeshore make Smithers Landing a scenic camping spot, and provides a great area for boating and fishing. There are burbot and a variety of trout species in Babine Lake.

There are 5 primitive, vehicle-accessible campsites at the park, with very little development passed the boat launch. Reservations are not accepted at the campground – all campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Many species of birds can be seen along the lakeshore and in the surrounding forest. Bald eagles are quite common in the fall when the salmon start spawning. Moose and bear may be seen travelling along the eastern and northern shore of Babine Lake.

Facilities include a rough, gravel boat launch, a picnic area, and pit toilets.

Babine Lake Marine (Smithers Landing) Provincial Park is located 66 kilometres northeast of Smithers, accessed on Babine Lake Road and Smithers Landing Road.
