Clayoquot Plateau Provincial Park is situated in the Clayoquot River drainage area, near the west coast of central Vancouver Island. The 3,155-hectare park is a high elevation plateau protecting 29 rare plant species, undisturbed forests, fragile karst, sinkholes, and numerous small lakes.

The park is bordered to the east by the Kennedy River, providing good swimming, fishing and hiking possibilities from the day-use recreation area.

Clayoquot Plateau Provincial Park is located on the western side of the Pacific Rim Highway 4, between Port Alberni and Tofino on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Access to the undeveloped park is directly off Tofino Highway 4, approximately 50 km west of Port Alberni.

Ucluelet Campground is located in the historical fishing village of Ucluelet, at the southern edge of the Pacific Rim National Park. The private campground offers 125 sites for tents, trailers and RVs, some with beautiful harbour and mountain views. Amenities include full-service, partial-hookup and no-service sites, clean shower and washroom facilities, fire rings, picnic tables, and water stations.
